510 standard combinations of plain end line sets that differ by liquid line size, suction line size, insulation and lengths. Insulation is offered in either Standard Black Rubber insulation with wall thickness of 3/8”, 1/2”, 3/4”, or 1” or EZ-PULL® White Polyethylene hard shell insulation with wall thickness of 1/2” or 3/4”. Plain end line sets are offered with either straight ends or 90 degree bend on one end of the suction line. Plain End line sets are offered in lengths from 10’-100’ in 5 foot increments.
20 standard combinations of insulated copper tube that differ by copper tube size, insulation and lengths. Insulation is offered in either Standard Black Rubber insulation with wall thickness of 3/8”, 1/2”, 3/4”, or 1” or EZ-PULL® White Polyethylene hard shell insulation with wall thickness of 1/2” or 3/4”. Insulated copper tube is offered with straight ends, 90 degree bend on one end, or flare nuts on both ends. Insulated Copper tube is offered in lengths from 10’-100’ in 5 foot increments or in a 164’ coil.

Ductless line sets are offered with both the liquid and suction lines insulated, flare nuts on all ends or straight plain ends. JMF offers power wire (EZ-IN) in all configurations required by mini-split manufacturers and to meet local/national codes. Ductless line sets are offered in lengths from 10’-100’ in 5 foot increments.

As an option, our line sets can be ordered fully assembled with the suction line, liquid line, and thermostat wire connected as a one piece unit or with the liquid line and suction line connected without wire as a one piece unit. Insulation is offered in either Standard Black Rubber insulation with wall thickness of 3/8”, 1/2”, 3/4”, or 1” or EZ-PULL® White Polyethylene hard shell insulation with wall thickness of 1/2” or 3/4”. JMF Line Sets are available with our unique EZ-PULL® Tear Resistant Insulation (left). This high-quality insulation has a tough, polyethylene outer layer which helps to protect the line set from accidental tears, cuts, or abrasions that could affect insulating and condensation control performance. JMF EZ-Pull Line Sets are available in two color options, white or black.
